POLICY
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
– Anyone with a nail condition that may be contagious.
– Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
– Anyone in ill health that may be contagious or could be further harmed by our services.
– Diabetes Client: please inform our technician so that we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
– Rude, mean, or disrespectful clients.
WALK-INS
We welcome all walk-in guests. However, availability might be limited, sometimes causing a waiting period or the need to schedule an appointment for a later time or date.
NAIL FIX
– If you are dissatisfied with any service in the salon, we will gladly make the necessary fixing to reach your expectation within 3 days’ notice of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
– All acrylic nail, dipping powder and gel manicure services are warranted for 7 days from the date of services. Please provide an image and contact us to schedule an appointment with the same technician. If you decide to change the polish color, additional fees may incur.
– Regular polish services or breaking nails are not covered by warranty.
– Beyond the 7 days warranty period, please schedule an appointment to fix them (there might be charges).
ARRIVAL TIME
Please plan on arriving on time or a little early to your appointment in case you need more time to pick out colors. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule to a different time or day.
NO-SHOW AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELATION
As a courtesy to our other clients, and our technicians, please provide at least 12-hour notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or otherwise change your appointment. No-show or failure to do those will affect your ability to book any future appointments.
GROUP APPOINTMENTS
All appointments made for parties of eight or more people require a 20% deposit and a 24-hour cancelation notice. This deposit is non-refundable if you do not call to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates are available in any amount and for any occasion. We will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
CHILDREN PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK – PARENTS, PLEASE SUPERVISE.
DISCLAIMER:
– We are not responsible if your personal belongings get lost or damaged.
– We do not take deferred payments. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police to prosecute thefts of service to the fullest extent of the law.
– Cell phone: please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their services. Please use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Please keep your electronic devices away from chemical liquids.
